Experience

The following are some of the highlights of the experience that Mr. Williamson has to offer:
Over 1500 cases investigated, specializing in motor vehicle collisions, with additional experience in slip and fall analysis, and product liability analysis.

Courtroom experience, qualified as an expert witness in over 35 different cases, including both civil cases and criminal cases, working for both the defense and the plaintiffs.

Have worked on cases in many jurisdictions in North America, with travel to support cases from Vancouver to St. John's, from Whitehorse to San Francisco.

Qualified as an expert in courts in Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland, and have given expert deposition testimony in California.

First hand experience in staging and analyzing high-speed vehicle-to-vehicle collisions, and co-author of related technical publication.

Involvement in much of the research that led to the in excess of 30 industry leading original technical publications that were published during nine year period of employment at MacInnis Engineering.

Involved in the testing and refinement of PC-Crash collision reconstruction software, and involved in providing technical assistance to other collision reconstructionists from across North America
